The Nationals WA will attend the Newdegate Machinery Field Days this week from September 7-8.
The Nationals WA Federal Member for O’Connor, Mr Tony Crook MP will join his State colleagues, Minister for Sport and Recreation; Racing and Gaming and Member for Wagin Hon Tuck Waldron MLA and Member for the Agricultural region Hon Phil Gardiner MLC will travel to Newdegate tomorrow for the event.
Mr Crook said he looked forward to spending time at the Newdegate Field Days and meeting residents from the area.
“It’s a great opportunity to get out in the electorate and talk about the issues that impact on regional Australia,” Mr Crook said.
“It gives the public a chance to hear what I am up to in Canberra, and most importantly, it allows me to hear about the issues that are important to the regions.”
Mr Crook said he always enjoyed the sense of community at field days.
“Events like this always bring out the best in the community and it’s great to be able to experience that first-hand.”
The Nationals WA team will be located at Stall 32 in the Family Interest Display area, next to Albany Prestige Realty and The Tin Horse Highway Store.
