Royalties for Regions to be the key focus at Nationals dinner, Duncan.

The Nationals WA will outline the evolution of the ground-breaking Royalties for
Regions policy at a dinner to celebrate the party’s historic win at the recent State
election.

Party President Wendy Duncan MLC said it was an opportunity for the Party to come
together and reflect on the journey so far and share The Nationals’ vision for the next
four years.

“Our Members of Parliament are now part of a unique State Government and will
play a key role in bringing a renewed focus on regional Western Australia,” Ms
Duncan said.

“They were supported by a cast of thousands behind the scenes with a shared
aspiration that country people would be better off if The Nationals held the balance
of power in the State Parliament.

“The dinner will be the first occasion to gather everyone together since the election
and share the vision with a much wider audience.”

The dinner will be held at Rendezvous Observation Hotel in Scarborough on Saturday
8th November 2008.
