“Foodbank South West stalwart Rob Prestige was a recent finalist for the prestigious WA Regional Achiever Award. Although not successful this recognition is testament to the countless hours Rob puts in to Foodbank and to help the local community,” said Mr Holt

Foodbank South West was also a finalist in the community group category.

 

“Foodbank plays a massive support role throughout the South West and I hope this recognition which they recently received helps to continue to grow the awareness of what fantastic outcomes  Foodbank delivers,” said Mr Holt.

 

Foodbank helps to deliver food to over 450 charities across WA; Foodbank is also the driving force behind the successful schools breakfast program. This type of recognition is testament to the urge contribution Foodbank makes to our community.

 

“Foodbank recently launched their Christmas appeal this time of year many families are doing it tough, Foodbank through the hard work of its volunteers and the community is able to deliver a little Christmas cheer to local families who need it most.” Said Mr Holt
