Support The Nationals WA Foodbank Run
Nationals’ Member for the South West, Colin Holt, will be the “driving” force behind the Nationals WA Foodbank Run.
From August 2-6, Colin will be behind the wheel of the Foodbank truck, travelling across the South West to collect food and deliver it to regional Foodbanks in Mandurah, Bunbury and Albany.
But Colin can’t do it alone. He needs your help to secure donations.
“I am asking the communities of the South West to get behind Foodbank by donating food. It doesn’t matter where you are in the South West, the Foodbank truck will be coming to a town near you.”

Donations from businesses, wholesalers, producers and processors are also welcomed, and the Foodbank Truck can come right to your door for direct pickups. Call 1800 758 458 to register your interest.

What is Foodbank?
Foodbank WA supports around 600 needy and charitable organisations throughout Western Australia. It does this by collecting food from participating businesses and redistributing to charitable organisations like Anglicare. It also runs the Foodbank WA School Breakfast Program providing much needed nutrition to many school children right across metropolitan, rural and remote Western Australia.
Royalties for Regions
Foodbank has been doing it tough recently, but thanks to Royalties for Regions and support from the State Government a $6 million funding package for Foodbank over the next three years has been secured.
This funding will help secure the infrastructure Foodbank needs to continue to grow.
