Steve Blyth

Candidate for the Agricultural Region

Steve is a long standing member of The Nationals WA and second-term President of the party. In 2017 he contested the Agricultural Region seat while managing the successful campaign for Peter Rundle, who succeeded Tuck Waldron as the Member for Roe (formerly Wagin). In 2019 Steve also contested the federal seat of Pearce for The Nationals WA.

Steve has owned and operated a small business for 20 years, much of which was based in the Wheatbelt town of Katanning, has served on numerous not-for-profit bards and is currently employed by Greenlife Industry Australia as a plant protection officer servicing WA and NT.  He has extensive knowledge and contacts within the environmental, horticultural and education sectors.

A long-time advocate for regional WA and proud dad, Steve lives with his wife Sue and three children Jayde, Lauryn and Joshua.
