Members of the Goldfields racing industry are encouraged to attend an information session in Kalgoorlie-Boulder on Wednesday.
Member for the Mining and Pastoral Region Dave Grills MLC said the information session would cover industry code plans and the proposed sale of the TAB.
“The racing industry has a proud history in the Goldfields region and it’s important that we work together to ensure it has a strong future,” Mr Grills said.
“The information session will provide an opportunity for attendees to voice any opinions, concerns or feedback they may have on issues relevant to the local industry.
“It will also provide an opportunity to ask questions of key members of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Executive.”
Hosted by RWWA, the event will be held at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Race Club, with a harness information session at 4pm and a thoroughbred session at 6.30pm.
