West Australians deserve fast, reliable emergency services, but under WA Labor, response times have blown out, and resources are stretched to breaking point. The Nationals WA will ensure emergency services are properly funded, equipped, and staffed to protect regional communities.

Our plan includes establishing a standalone agency for disaster recovery, securing a dedicated WA-owned aerial firefighting fleet, increasing support for volunteer emergency responders, upgrading equipment and infrastructure for regional fire, ambulance, and SES services.

We will deliver a rescue helicopter for the Mid West and build a new RFDS base in Geraldton, because help should be a phone call away, no matter where you live.

WA needs a government which prioritises emergency preparedness and response. The Nationals WA will deliver the resources needed to keep regional communities safe.
