Crime is spiralling out of control under WA Labor, with many communities facing rising youth crime, police shortages, and slow response times. The Nationals WA will take real action to restore law and order, ensuring safer communities across the State.
We want to stop crime before it starts.
Our plan includes tougher penalties for repeat offenders, including criminals exploiting children to perpetuate crime. We will better resource our hardworking police including regional stations stretched beyond capacity and improve supports for victims of crime. We will also fight to boost youth justice programs, ensuring early intervention to break the cycle of offending.
The Nationals WA will always stand up for safer regional communities and ensure that the law works for victims, not criminals.
