Regional businesses have been recognised as some of the most innovative and proactive companies in the State, after the finalists of the Western Australian Industry and Export Awards 2016 were announced today.
Nationals Member for the South West Region, Colin Holt MLC said the awards were an important opportunity to showcase the best of WA’s businesses and to recognise their export achievements and contribution to Australia’s economic prosperity.
“The Western Australian Industry and Export Awards highlight the outstanding success of WA businesses in areas including digital technologies, environmental solutions, agribusiness and manufacturing,” Mr Holt said.
Metricup’s Churchview Estate is a finalist in the divisions of WA Women in International Business, Export Agribusiness, Environmental Solutions and Regional Exporter.
“Finalists will receive vital recognition and exposure as well as valuable business and networking opportunities.”

Winners of the WA export categories will become automatic finalists in the 2016 Australian Export Awards to be announced in November.
Winners in all categories will be announced on October 28, 2016 at Crown Perth.
