Bill is a Professional Engineer [FIEAust, FAIM, CPEng, NER, RPEQ, IntPE(Aus)], with more than 35 years of international experience. Additionally, the author of nine published books related to the humanities, education, sustainability, and politics.
If elected, Bill hopes to serve Bicton in a variety of ways, such as by improving the infrastructure of the electorate and its general liveability. He is also committed to enhancing connectivity between Perth’s northern and southern suburbs, as well as between Western Australia and the country’s eastern states.
Bill’s career as a professional engineer has equipped him with a unique set of practical and critical thinking skills which will prove invaluable assets to Bicton if given the opportunity to serve as its representative in the State Parliament.
