Candidate for Bunbury
Codee-Lee has a strong affinity with regional WA having grown up in Dongara before moving to Bunbury at the age of 13 to attend high school and pursue her interests in music. After travelling and performing around the world she got married and settled back in Bunbury in 2016 where she still lives with her husband and two much-loved puppies. Codee-Lee currently works as a marketing and communications professional in the Bunbury CBD and just completed a 12-month traineeship with Brunswick Community Resource Centre.
Outside of work, Codee-Lee’s passion is writing and playing music. She has won two WAM Song of the Year awards, over a dozen WA Country Music awards, twice featured in the top 10 Country Music Charts and has played more than 600 gigs from Time Square in New York to Boyup Brook in country WA.
Codee-Lee believes the Bunbury community must be well represented and brings a young, passionate personality to the table, ready to stand where she’s needed and fight for what Bunbury wants. She understands the difference investment in regional WA can make, which is why she’s standing for The Nationals WA.
