For many communities, sport and recreation is how they connect. Its an intrinsic part of our identity and a crucial component of our health and wellbeing.

We will prioritise local projects, such as the Keirnan Park Recreation Precinct, home of Netball in the Perth Hills.

We have also pledged to double investment in the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF) from $20 million to $40 million per year, delivering a much-needed lifeline to local sporting clubs and facilities across Western Australia.

At least 50 percent of this funding will go to regional communities, where the funding is needed most.
