Lachlan is a proud product of the Central Wheatbelt, hailing from a pioneering family in Bruce Rock with deep roots spanning many generations in the region.
Growing up amidst the unique challenges of regional communities, Lachlan has dedicated his career to advocating for hardworking families in regional WA. He began his professional journey in the Grain and Live Export industry, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to senior roles within the Federal Government, focusing on policies for agriculture and regional development. Lachlan has also worked in a Corporate Role at Australia Post.
Lachlan is deeply committed to community service. He serves as a Board Member on the Northam Chamber of Commerce and holds a Non-Executive Director position at DVassist, a vital organisation providing support to those affected by domestic and family violence in regional WA.
