Regional WA has some amazing cities that form hubs for many surrounding regional communities. The Nationals WA believe investing in regional cities is vital to the growth of our State – supporting regional business and industry and providing a central place for a range of essential services.
It is far better for people in surrounding towns to travel shorter distances to a major centre than have to travel to Perth for health, education or business needs. Improving liveability of our regional cities will also generate population growth, taking the strain of the State’s capital.
